Teaching wise we now offer a one-on-one teaching experience with a master smith for the day or two days – namely me – Steve Hogwood.

At 1910 we have a substantial blacksmithing shop, power hammers, and a well-equipped workshop to handle most vintage restoration and bespoke hand-forged and fabricated sculpture and ironwork. In fact – we also restore everything from, vintage horse-drawn vehicles to antique farm machinery, garden tools, and wheelbarrows, door and window furniture, gates, balustrades, wrought iron repairs and old machinery restoration.

As Steve says – “If it’s vintage, heritage and metal-based and wood-based, we can usually restore it.”
