Artisan beer onions, the way food should taste!
Before I offer my beer onions to anyone, I’ll take a small sample of the pickled onions, out of the French Oak barrels I ferment them in. I’d have to say these are the best yet, such crunch and flavour, and I had two independent tasters there too!!
These babies now need to be plated up with a good salami, cold meat, some nice tasty local cheese and maybe some pickled eggs too, and then washed down with a good Southern Highlands wine or beer, yes beer.
