It’s preserving and fermenting class time again. But hurry the classes get booked out fast!


It’s that time again, a detailed and fun pickling and preserving class this Sunday in North Sydney and another on it’s way second week in June. These classes get booked out very quickly, as I only do a few classes a year because of other conference and writing commitments. So you’d better hurry or you’ll miss out, as we only have a limit of 12 students per class and there’s now only one class available over the next two months.

Sunday is booked out and June is filling fast…so maybe I’ll see you there.
